Corporate secretary services. We establish LLCs, provide mergers and acquisitions, prepare corporate documents, make changes to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, communicate with state authorities and notaries etc. We prepare documents for opening of bank accounts and for merchant acquiring connections, provide registration of online pay desks, collect and submit KYC documents. We draft and negotiate commercial contracts.

  • We launched a tipping service:
    We have implemented a paid subscription and tip collection service for a popular messenger with an audience of 700 million with the ability to accept payments and make payments worldwide.
  • We created a Transaction Gateway for international payments:
    Our team has created different high-performance services for cross-border payments and payouts for several large international companies (i.a. one global video game company, payments' provider company).
  • We advised clients before launching their finTech products:
    We advised well-known international companies in the finTech services market, supported the development of finTech solutions, and conducted an audit of the IT infrastructure.
  • We launched several subscription services:
    We have launched regular payment services. In addition to standard acquiring, our clients have gained proper advantages to enhance their business competition: alternative payment acceptance methods, mechanisms for accessing private content and a range of other unique services.
  • We created a gateway to the local self-employment platform:
    We have launched a pilot project with the Federal Tax Service system for marketplace services, where the agents can be self-employed. As part of this project, our clients were able to grant their self-employed users the opportunity to carry out activities in accordance with the laws on self-employment: receive payments, fiscalize transactions and transfer receipts to their customers.
  • We implemented Anti-fraud solutions:
    Our clients (local banks and finTech companies) were searching for individual anti-fraud solutions, and we exercised this task for their best interests. Among the met requirements were processing and updating the list of scammers, setting up automated transaction filtering (ML), using various sources of additional information (fingerprint, online compliance check). Our products meet the criteria and requirements of the local Central Bank and international payment systems, as well as the PCI DSS.
  • We made IT solutions for charitable foundations:
    Our team has implemented a high-performance donation gateway for charities using mobile commerce (by sending a paid SMS to a short number). This service helped to increase the conversion of payments and donations, which optimized fundraising.
  • We launched different payment gateways:
    Our team created all sorts of payment gateways within a short time that support the functionality required by the customer: acquiring, mobile commerce, invoices, QR code support, recurring payments, Pay systems, etc.
  • We adopted our client's business to PCI DSS:
    We have provided internal audits of our client's files and business procedures to undergo PCI DSS certification. Our team advised on the accompanying documentation in accordance with the PCI DSS standard, launched the necessary business processes, and helped with the selection of contractors and auditors. As a result, our customers have successfully passed the certification procedure.
  • Legal support / compliance:
    We have successfully implemented a comprehensive legal outsourcing model, taking over the full cycle of our clients' legal tasks and eliminating the need for an in-house legal department. We offered and executed flexible engagement models, ranging from ad-hoc consultations to fixed-fee monthly retainers.
